The Princess and the Frog movie that takes you to a world of romance and fantasy land may be a blockbuster, but the video game version of the fable falls short of the magic spell. The lackluster presentation is surprisingly enjoyable only with the multiplayer component. The Princess and the Frog games have disappointed the fans who anticipated adventure of the wonderland but are given an entertaining romp through Tiana’s future as a New Orleans restaurateur.

It is a lighthearted journey through the escapades of Tiana as she faces the challenges and brings about improvements to the interior design of her dinning room. The Princess and the Frog games are mainly associated with the later half of the blockbuster film when Tiana is transformed into a frog; and the game dares you with missions that are created beyond the script of the film. The Princess and the Frog games consist of a series of tasks that are rhythmic in nature. One can also try at hand at click and drop errands while designing the interiors of the dining room combined with many other mini games that offer prizes.

There are about 25 games that can be played by multiple players and is aimed at youngsters. The Princess and Frog games also have puzzles for a group of four players, and offer a variety of memory puzzles created on the lines of the famous Junior Krypton style puzzles. The GUI of the game is not as appealing as the characters may appear to be going all tipsy Topsy which is very unlike video games produced by Disney. Many of us have grown up playing some of the most fabulous Disney games that are of the best quality. But it is difficult to believe that a game like the Princess and the Frog belong to the same cult.

The Princess and Frog games have some of the most astounding sound track and music created on the lines of Dixieland Jazz that is very soothing and helps the youngsters to concentrate better on the brainstorming mind games. The game is inundated with controlling issues to the point of broken screens combined with a new set of control keys before each game session that is pretty confusing for the youngsters. Finally, in spite of advertising the game under the famous banner of the Princess and the Frog movie, in order to attain success in the video games arena, the venture can only be enjoyed by youngsters who are fascinated by fairy tales.
