Acer 3D Notebook

Digitimes have recently posted a piece of information that the Acer is planning to release a new 15.6 -inch notebook at the end of October 2009.

The notebook features built-in software which will help the notebook to convert the 2D movies to 3D and can also directly support 3D movies.

Currently the users have to wear the stereoscopic glasses for the 3D effect, however with Acer they won't be any need to wear them, while it still has few technological obstacles to overcome. It is said that the notebook will be one of its kind and is equipped with Windows 7 and hence Acer will not be making any official announcement until Microsoft will be launching the OS.
