Logitech Lapdesk

Logitech’s Comfort Lapdesk is not only an innovative product but its European design makes it an appealing laptop lapdesk as well. The bottom of the Lapdesk is covered with sturdy cotton like material whereas the desk portion is composed of a hard plastic material. The space between these two pieces is also properly vented so that the laptop’s heat can be dispersed evenly.

On using the Lapdesk extensively we came up with mixed opinions. The hard plastic surface was a bit slippery for the Macbook Pro’s rubber feet, which consistently slept down on the lap while sitting in a reclined position on the sofa. We thought that it would be good for Logitech if they had tossed in a lip or angled it a little bit to prevent this. Anyways, if asked we would recommend a softer surface that would prevent any possibility of slippage. When kept on a desk we discovered that the hard surface doubles as a desk if we are trying to write with a pen on a paper. The angle was perfectly adjusted by the Logitech as when we tried to recline further into the couch’s pillow we just had to bend the knees and that was enough to see the screen clearly. But at the end what everybody loves to have is a combination of both which offers hard as well as a soft surface.

Bad Qualities

The hard surface is a bit slippery and it needs a little bit of lip
The surface picked up the rubber feet markings quickly
